That was a great Podcast! I’m 3rd world ol school, I will tell my kid exactly where he falls on the team. Make me see different, been watching lot of kids games and you can tell the kids that has that drive already. But to my kids, don’t waste my time lol it’s okay if you not good, but I want to see effort put in, you only get out of it what you put in
